Policy against illegal transactions and money laundering

1. X-Pay.com acts as a participant of self-regulation in the cryptocurrency industry, x-pay.com service follows a certain list of rules and performs procedures, the purpose of which is to prevent the use of x-pay for transactions related to money laundering, i.e. those transactions, the main purpose of which is to return illegally obtained money to the financial and economic market. The service also suppresses all transactions that are illegal in nature.

2. In order to successfully prevent illegal transactions, the service adopts some requirements to the applications transmitted by clients:

    2.1 The recipient and the sender of the payment under the application must not be different persons. Transfers in favor of third parties are prohibited.

    2.2 All personal and contact data, which the client of the service specifies in the application, must be up-to-date at the time of submission of such application. The reliability of such data must not be questionable.

    3. X-pay.com prohibits the creation of applications using anonymous connections. In order to prevent possible illegal transactions, x-pay.com.

    3.1 Applies its own system of auto-analysis of client's actions and transactions. All transactions that appear suspicious to the service will be stopped immediately.

    3.2 Always adheres to the generally accepted policy that says “know your customer”.

    3.3 Always checks the information received from users by all available means.

    4. The service has the full right not to fulfill users' requests, but to freeze them, if it is required to obtain from the client copies of his identity documents and copies of documents that are proof of the legal origin of funds. Cases in which these documents may be requested: 

     4.1 The management of x-pay.com has suspicions that the client is attempting to use the service and its services for the purpose of carrying out illegal transactions or laundering funds.

     4.2 The execution of the user's request has been suspended by the system responsible for preventing fraudulent transactions.

     4.3 In these cases, in order for the client's request to be sent for execution again, the latter undertakes to provide all documents required by x-pay.com within 7 working days of receiving the request from the service, and if he, the client, refuses to do so - to cancel the request. If the client refuses to provide documents requested by x-pay.com, the service also has the right to deny him further service.

     5. The service has the right to refuse the client in service, and then to transfer all the information collected from the client and independently to law enforcement agencies, if:

     5.1. x-pay.com Service has detected or there are suspicions of transactions aimed at terrorist financing and money laundering, as well as providing for any fraud.

     5.2 The x-pay.com service suspects the user that the documents provided by him are forged.

    5.3 There is information from law enforcement, as well as other authorized authorities and other sources that the service user possesses funds illegally. This also includes the receipt of any other information that makes it impossible to further fulfill the client's request.

     5.4 User actions are defined as those that may cause damage to x-pay.com, regardless of the nature of this damage - material (physical), non-material, etc. Client's actions may cause damage to the x-pay.com software system or are aimed at gaining access to the service's database. 

     6. The information received from users can be verified by the service in all ways.
