Interpol has issued a "Red Notice" against Hex founder Richard Schuler (Richard Hart) on charges of tax fraud and assault. The Finnish authorities accuse the Cardsharper of tax evasion from 2020 to 2024, as well as of physically assaulting a minor.

The "red notice" requires the temporary arrest of a suspect, but is not an international arrest warrant. In September 2023, the Helsinki police said that the tax reports of the Fraudster did not match the calculations of the tax service.

In addition, Schuler is a defendant in a US SEC lawsuit for the illegal placement of Hex, PulseChain and PulseX tokens. The charges include collecting more than $1 billion through unregistered offerings of cryptocurrency assets.
