The ex-wife of Solana co-founder Stephen Akridge, Eliza Rossi, sued him, accusing him of concealing income from the staking of the SOL cryptocurrency. According to her, Akridge continued to receive millions of dollars in rewards for staking her tokens after the divorce.

According to a lawsuit filed in a San Francisco court, the couple's divorce in March included a division of assets, however, Rossi claims that Akridge used his technical knowledge in cryptocurrency to maintain control over her wallets. She discovered that her tokens continued to be used for staking without her knowledge until May 2024.

Rossi also provided evidence of messages in which Akridge refused to return the staking rewards. The case is currently being considered by the court, and the amount of damage remains partially classified.
